Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Once your order is placed, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you prefer not to place your order online, you may contact us during our business hours to assist you with placing an order over the phone.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 21 days from the delivery date and store credit within 30 days from the original purchase date. Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. All sale items are FINAL SALE and shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Online Return Process

To return an online order via mail, place your prepaid USPS  label that was included in your order, on the return package along with the original invoice, securely seal it and drop it off at your nearest Postal office. We accept returns within 21 days from the delivery date and store credit within 30 days from the original purchase date. Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards.

 

All sale items are FINAL SALE and shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will process your  exchange. Within 1-2 business days you will receive an email notification that your item has been received and that your exchange has been mailed or in the process of being mailed off to you. Please note we reserve the right to reject returns on damaged goods that do not pass inspection upon receiving at our warehouse. Missing / Stolen Orders

Due to Covid-19, your order may encounter shipping delays from  USPS. If your package does not arrive on the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you please wait 1-2 days for it to arrive via USPS before contacting us via email. After this 2-day period, please contact info@sassandstyleonline.com or call us at 215.277.7942 for assistance to file a claim on your order. Sass & Style can not accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
